Here are the essential documents required to complete the MSME Udyam Registration process:


1. Aadhaar Number:

The Aadhaar number of the proprietor/partner/director (for individuals) is mandatory. In case of a company, Aadhaar details of the authorized signatory are required.


2. PAN Card:

A copy of the PAN card of the business entity or proprietor is required for registration. This is mandatory for businesses registered under any other entity type like LLP or Private Limited Company.


3. Business Details:

o Name of the business and type (e.g., Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, Private Limited Company, etc.)
o GST Number (if applicable)
o Business address proof (Rental agreement, electricity bill, etc.)


4. Investment in Plant and Machinery or Equipment:

The business’s investment in plant, machinery, or equipment should be mentioned (for Micro, Small, and Medium classifications).


5. Turnover Details:

Information regarding the annual turnover of the business for the previous financial year is required to classify the business into the appropriate MSME category.


6. Bank Account Details:

A copy of the bank account details (bank statement, passbook, etc.) for the business or company is required.


7. Other Supporting Documents (if applicable):

o Proof of business activity (like trade license, incorporation certificate, etc.)
o Partnership Deed or Memorandum and Articles of Association (if applicable)
