LLP Incorporation

To incorporate an LLP, the following documents are generally required:

1. Identity Proof of Partners:

o Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or any other government-issued ID for all partners.

2. Address Proof of Partners:

o Utility bills, bank statements, or rental agreements to prove the residential address of the partners.

3. Business Address Proof:

o Rent Agreement or Property Ownership Documents for the registered office address.
o No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landlord (if the premises are rented).

4. Photographs of Partners:

Recent passport-sized photographs of all partners of the LLP.

5. PAN Card of Partners:

PAN card copies of all partners.

6. LLP Agreement:

A draft of the LLP Agreement, which outlines the rights, duties, and obligations of the partners.

7. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC):

Digital Signature Certificates for all designated partners are required to sign and submit documents online.

8. Director Identification Number (DIN):

DIN is required for all designated partners in the LLP.
