Company Incorporation

The documents required for incorporating a company typically include:

1. Identity Proof of Directors/Shareholders:

o Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or any other government-issued ID for all directors and shareholders.

2. Address Proof of Directors:

o Utility bills, bank statements, or rental agreements to prove the residential address of the directors.

3. Business Address Proof (for Registered Office):

o Rent Agreement or Property Ownership Documents.
o No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landlord (if the office is rented).

4. Photographs of Directors:

Recent passport-sized photographs of all directors and shareholders.

5. Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA):

Drafted and signed documents that define the scope of activities and governance rules for the company.

6. PAN Card of the Company:

Once incorporated, we help obtain the company’s PAN card, which is required for tax purposes.

7. DSC (Digital Signature Certificate):
