Partnership Registration

The following documents are typically required for registering a partnership firm:

1. Partnership Deed:

A signed partnership deed detailing the terms of the partnership, profit-sharing ratio, roles and responsibilities of each partner, and other operational rules.

2. Identity Proof of Partners:

o Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or any government-issued ID for all partners.

3. Address Proof of Partners:

o Utility bills, bank statements, or rental agreements to verify the residential address of the partners.

4. Business Address Proof:

o Rent Agreement/Lease Deed or Property Ownership documents for the registered office of the partnership firm.
o No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landlord (if the office is rented).

5. Photographs of Partners:

Recent passport-sized photographs of each partner.

6. PAN Card of Partners:

PAN card copies of all partners (if available).

7. Proof of Business Premises:

o A copy of utility bills (electricity bill, water bill, etc.) to verify the address of the registered office.
