PF ESIC Registration

For Provident Fund (PF) Registration:


1. Business Incorporation Documents:

o Certificate of Incorporation (for companies)
o Partnership Deed (for partnerships)
o LLP Agreement (for LLPs)


2. Employee Details:

o List of employees (including details like name, address, date of joining, etc.)
o Employee salary details (wages, benefits, deductions, etc.)


3. Company’s PAN Card:

A copy of the company’s PAN card for identification purposes.


4. Business Address Proof:

o Rent Agreement/Lease Deed or
o Ownership Documents of the business premises.


5. Bank Account Details:

A copy of the business’s bank account details where PF contributions will be deposited.


For Employees’ State Insurance (ESIC) Registration:


1. Business Incorporation Documents:

o Certificate of Incorporation (for companies)
o Partnership Deed or LLP Agreement (for partnerships/LLPs)


2. Employee Details:

o A list of employees with personal and employment details such as name, age, salary, address, etc.
o Details of employees covered under ESIC (based on salary and employee count).


3. Company’s PAN Card:

A copy of the company’s PAN card.


4. Business Address Proof:

o Rent Agreement/Lease Deed or
o Ownership Documents of the business premises.


5. Employer and Employee Bank Account Details:

o Bank details for both the employer and employee for the payment of ESIC contributions.


6. ESIC Nominee Details:

Employees must provide nominee details for ESIC coverage, including their relationship with the employee.
